CMI Level 3 in Principles of Management & Leadership

Woburn Professional’s CMI Level 3 programmes are designed for current and aspiring first-line managers who lead a team. These individuals need to be able to scope, set and monitor team objectives, lead team briefs, manage performance and respond to challenges such as team conflict or customer complaints.

Our level 3 programmes will develop the foundation management & leadership competencies required to confidently develop and lead high performing teams to deliver the aims and objectives of departments.
