This course has been designed to support aspiring and practising middle managers to develop team leadership & management competencies within procurement & supply chain departments required to excel at their role and provide a springboard for career progression.
Over the 3 days, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of how to identify resourcing needs, how to implement an effective procurement/resource management process, and how to control & manage risk. Students will also learn the importance of data and information in successful procurement and supply and how data can be leveraged to make sound business decisions.

What does this accreditation demonstrate?
Individuals completing this course will receive a full, internationally recognised level 5 qualification on the British RQF framework which broadly demonstrates a level of knowledge, understanding and skill equivalent to a HNC, HND or Foundation Degree. Completion of this qualification may be used to gain access to or exemptions on further high educational programs for example a Degree in Business Management**.

** Access or exemption to HE/FE study programmes will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by the organisation/institution operating the programme.
Anyone over the age of 18 is eligible to join the course; previous study and/or experience in management & leadership may be of benefit to students but is not essential. Students enrolling on this course are advised to be competent English language users as the workshops, and supporting materials for this course are delivered in English. All CMI assignments required to complete this course must be submitted in English. Learners must complete and submit 3 written assignments of 3500-4000 words each which must meet the assessment criteria set by CMI.
