Course Overview

This 1-day leadership short course (6 CPD Hours) concentrates on delivering success in the medical environment. The course content has been specifically designed to develop the core leadership competencies needed by medical professionals to identify team goals, motivate teams to achieve them and measure the effectiveness of team efforts.

Attendees will understand how to define what success looks like and create a sense of common purpose that drives the team forward. Attendees will learn proven techniques to monitor team progress, understand what makes feedback constructive and develop the confidence to hold courageous conversations when outcomes are not what they should be!
