Course Overview

This 1-day leadership short course (6 CPD Hours) looks to the future, supporting medical professionals to ensure their teams have the knowledge and skills required to deliver high standards and overcome challenges in the medium to long term.

Attendees will explore how to identify the competency need of their team through the review of organisational, team and role requirements. Attendees will then learn to set long term goals, practice selecting appropriate approaches for developing individuals and teams, and build the confidence to have challenging conversations when team members aren’t where they need to be.

Our bite-sized workshops for medical professionals are all 100% live-tutor-led, with engaging group activities and discussions designed to develop practical understanding and confidence.
