Course Overview

This 1-day leadership short course (6 CPD Hours) puts leadership challenges at the front and centre, focusing on developing the competencies needed by medical professionals who must be able to deliver quality standards and respond rapidly to the challenges.

Attendees will discuss the factors which impact the quality standards that their team produce and learn how to monitor and control quality outcomes. Attendees will practice using proven problem-solving techniques and action-centred leadership to overcome obstacles.

Our bite-sized workshops for medical professionals are all 100% live-tutor-led, with engaging group activities and discussions designed to develop practical understanding and confidence.
