This 1-day short course (6 CPD Hours) focuses on developing a clear understanding of how mental wellbeing impacts team performance, what organisations factors impact mental wellbeing and what action you can take to improve mental wellbeing across your team and workplace.
Attendees of the workshop will begin by assessing the signs and causes of poor mental wellbeing in teams, the importance of taking action and decide how to “have the conversation” about mental wellbeing. Attendees will then learn and practice techniques they can use to support team members with mental wellbeing challenges and understand how they can help develop a culture which supports healthy mental wellbeing in the workplace.
