Course Overview

This 1-day short course (6 CPD Hours) focuses on developing a clear understanding of personal mental wellbeing, the factors which impact mental wellbeing for better or for worse and how you can look after yourself.

The workshop will begin by exploring the signs and triggers that lead to poor mental wellbeing and the impact which it can have on medical professionals physically, emotionally and behaviourally. Attendees will learn how to use tools to assess their own mental wellbeing, be able to apply proven techniques to improve their mental wellbeing and understand what options are available when specialist support is needed.

This course is well suited to practising:

  • Junior and Middle Grade Doctors
  • Consultants
  • General Practitioners

Our bite-sized workshops for medical professionals are all 100% live-tutor-led, with engaging group activities and discussions designed to develop practical understanding and confidence.


This course runs from 18:00 to 21:00 over 2 consecutive evenings with regular breaks and valuable networking time.
